Closes #6184
Adds docs/bazel-for-dx-users.md (workspace/label terms, generated BUILD files, visibility, sandboxed tests, caching, dx run cwd, outputs and logs, server and disk use, generated targets). Moves the generated target list there from adopting-existing-bazel.md and links the page from README.md, docs/README.md, the tutorial and the docs book.
Checked: tools/dx check --apply //docs/... . One error, not from this change: docs/cli/commands/README.md links cli/output/schema/events.schema.json, not a declared sibling. Docs site link check and tests not run.
